Dana helped us through our house search process starting in Feb. 2019, which eventually culminated in closing last fall (Oct 2019). She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. After we closed, we went through a period of several months of house cleaning and preparation for renters, as we were not planning to move in for a few years. Dana then switched roles and became our 'rental agent,' recommending vendors (painters, exterminators, etc) and coordinating their access to the house in our absence. When the house was finally ready for renters at end-2019, she arranged for a photo session, worked with us to create a listing, and posted it online (beginning Jan 1, 2020). She then showed the house and property to prospective renters until we connected with our current renters in February. Dana made our lives easier throughout this process by efficiently taking care of all of the details and maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times.
